Coming home to you
Life is imperfect. Our needs are not met, resources are limited, and we experience wounding. To survive we develop strategies to keep going and over time these ways of surviving can become limitations. In therapy, it is possible to grow in awareness of these strategies that helped at one time but may be keeping us from growing here and now. By building this awareness, new freedom from anxiety, fear, depression, and trauma can emerge, and in healing you may find new ways home to your authentic self.
